For as long as I can remember, people and technology have been two topics that have always fascinated me. I’ve been fortunate enough to have combined these interests into a very rewarding career, working for some of the world’s most innovative companies like Uber and Cisco.
What I’ve learnt over the years, is that creating a great place, to do rewarding work isn’t something that just happens. In actual fact, it requires a lot of hard work and the same strategic planning and diligence applied to other business functions.
Like many of you, I see opportunities for the importance of effective people practices to be elevated and be more commonplace within small and medium-sized businesses.
I started Workforce Buddy to answer a business need for easily accessible expert HR advice for organisations that need to scale-up quickly.
